Debra is a communications and engagement specialist working across government and corporate sectors, professional services, and associations.

She is the architect of major communications and engagement programs for infrastructure projects, government transformation programs, and listed companies. She was the Communications and Engagement Director for Canberra’s $700 million light rail project and led the ACT Government’s award-winning CBR city brand campaign.

Debra helps governments and businesses build trust, confidence, and reputation through better connections with customers, employees, investors, and other stakeholders.

Debra regularly conducts communications audits for clients to assess the performance of their existing activities and make improvements to boost return on marketing investment. She coaches teams to build communications capability and conducts training on high-impact writing and LinkedIn optimisation.

Debra has a Master of Business in Marketing, is a certified public engagement practitioner (IAP2 certification) and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
